Fees for our services are as stated on our website or as quoted directly to clients. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time, but any changes will not affect services already contracted.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the performance of our services. Failure to provide required information in a timely manner may affect our ability to deliver services as expected and may result in additional charges.
Clients are also responsible for implementing any recommendations resulting from our services at their own discretion and expense.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with the client's written consent.
Similarly, clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies, tools, or other intellectual property provided by FinAudit Pro during the course of providing services.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FinAudit Pro or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
Reports, analyses, and other deliverables provided to clients are the property of the client after full payment has been received. However, FinAudit Pro retains ownership of all methodologies, processes, and tools used to create such deliverables.
FinAudit Pro and its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinAudit Pro and its employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
